Description

I wasn't able to use the original mounting bracket of Bambu Lab's TPU Feed Assist Module because I have installed the H2C/D Modular Nozzle Management System. So I had to make my own.

 

Easy print, without support. 

 

I used 5 walls for better strength.

 

Mount it with the two provided ST3x12 screws of the kit.

Print profile is perfect. However, the design can be improved. The assist module is situated in a peculiar position with respect to the AMS HT, making it necessary to have excessive bend and turns in PTFE tube.

How should it be positioned ? It has nearly the same position like the original bracket, only sits a bit higher to get the PTFE tube straight into the printer.

In my setup, I either use Bambu Lab external spool holder to take advantage of TPU feed assist, or an AMS HT on the left of In my setup, I either utilize the Bambu Lab external spool holder to take advantage of the TPU feed assist feature, or I employ an AMS HT located on the left side of the H2D. The orientation of the input on the assist in my case results in a turn or sharp bend (longer tube) or scraping of the filament against the entrance in the PTFE tube (shorter tube) between the spool holder and the assist module. Although I have not encountered any issues using a 90A TPU with your design yet, I recommend a 45-degree turn around Z and perhaps -50 mm in the Y direction to align the input more closely with the PTFE tube holder on the external spool.

Great print, however for the H2D it covers the top screw for the XY belt tensioner. it would be nice to cut a notch or hole to allow someone to loosen that screw without having to take off this holder.
