Description
I have designed a new base plate with a Ø200mm cutting width for the Worx Landroid M + S series, which allows for the accommodation of the larger and better blades of the Bosch Indego robotic lawnmower.
Additionally, the base plate was designed so that up to 6 blades can be attached for a significantly better cutting pattern.
It is usable for all Worx models that have a standard cutting width of 180mm. This includes M and S models up to model year 2020.
The larger disc runs perfectly smoothly and significantly quieter than the original.
However, due to the larger diameter, the blade guard ring must be removed.
Due to the thickness of the cutting disc, no adapter is needed to achieve the original cutting height.
Additionally, the weight is slightly higher than the original, which leads to a significant improvement in mowing performance.
Because the heavier the disc, the higher the rotational inertia, and the easier the blades glide through the grass.
The print settings have already been optimally adjusted.
Please note that a weight of ~ 165g should be achieved, otherwise the base plate will be too light and the positive effects will be lost.
