I designed these modular rockets because I wanted something cool for my desk, but I was tired of static, single-piece prints.

The whole idea here is that you can mix and match the fins, fuselage bands, and nose cones to build your own custom fleet. It includes a nice angled launchpad display stand, too. It’s perfect if you have an AMS/MMU, but honestly, it's even better for just using up those random spools of leftover filament you have lying around. Print the parts separately and snap them together.

They look awesome on a shelf, and they hold up well to kids swooping them around the living room (though they are just PLA, so don't actually try to stick an Estes engine in these!). Tolerances are designed to be pretty forgiving so the parts slide together nicely without needing to bust out the sandpaper.

Hope you guys have fun with this one. Drop a photo in the comments if you print a set, I really want to see the crazy color combos you all come up with!
