Strawberry Plant Support Ring – Modular Snap-Lock System

This modular strawberry plant support system is designed to elevate fruit off the soil, promoting healthier growth and reducing rot. The structure consists of circular grid rings available in four sizes:

• 250×250 mm
• 200×200 mm
• 150×150 mm
• 100×100 mm

Each ring features a geometric grid pattern with concentric circles and radial spokes, allowing optimal airflow and sunlight exposure. The rings connect via integrated snap-lock joints that ensure a secure and stable assembly, even under outdoor conditions. The support stands directly on the soil, providing a firm base that prevents tipping or shifting.

Print Settings:

• Layer Height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 20–30% (Grid or Gyroid recommended)
• Supports: Not required
• Brim: Optional for better bed adhesion
• Wall Count: 2–3 walls for durability
• Print Time: Varies by size (approx. 1–4 hours per ring)

Material Suggestions:

• PLA: Easy to print and sufficient for seasonal use
• PETG: More durable and weather-resistant for long-term outdoor exposure
• ASA or ABS: Ideal for high UV resistance and robust garden use (requires enclosure)

Usage Guide:

1. Print the desired ring sizes based on your plant’s growth stage or garden layout.
2. Snap the rings together using the built-in locking tabs to form a stable grid.
3. Place the assembled support directly on the soil around the strawberry plant.
4. Guide the stems and fruit through the grid openings to keep strawberries elevated.
5. Monitor plant growth and adjust ring size or configuration as needed.
