2026/07/05 Confirmed compatibility with the X2D

Compatibility with the X2D has been confirmed with the help of @chinmaytodankar.

2026/06/23 Add 3 inlet model

We have added a profile for the 3-inlet model.

2026/06/22 Add PC4-M10 model

We have added a model that supports the PC4-M10 connector.
You can use a PC4-M10 connector for the external connection.
However, the connection on the printer unit itself remains the same push-fit type as before.
Please source the necessary part—for example, by removing it from the stock PTFE tube bracket that comes pre-installed.

 

I tried changing the printer-side connection to PC4-M10, but it could no longer be installed.

2026/06/08 Update Version 7

To resolve the occasional filament snagging issue, this version has been redesigned to be printed vertically.
* Overall geometric refinement and adjustments
* Expansion and optimization of the filament path
* Improved fitment and stability on the P2S body

 

Note: The previous "Vertical Model" has been excluded from ver7 due to low demand. If there is sufficient interest, I will consider re-adding it, so please let me know in the comments.

 

Version 7 is a major overhaul—practically a complete rebuild. If you encounter any issues, please feel free to leave a comment. 
For urgent prints or if you encounter any trouble with the new version, the proven ver6 print profiles are still available as [Legacy] for your convenience.

A seamless upgrade for your Bambu Lab P2S. This Y-Splitter is designed to directly replace the original PTFE tube bracket, allowing you to switch between AMS and external spools without changing the look or setup of your printer.

 

1. Y-Splitter Features

  • Perfect Fit: Designed to mount exactly like the stock part. No extra screws or modifications needed.
  • Low Friction Path: Shortened filament path to reduce resistance, making it ideal for TPU and other flexible filaments.
  • OEM Connectors: Compatible with 3x standard PTFE connectors.
    • Sourcing: AliExpress
      • It appears that the product is no longer available in the Official Store in some countries.
      • I think you might be able to extract the connector from this part as well. I haven't tried it myself, so I can't guarantee it, though...
        • It appears that several different connector sizes are available.
          Please refer to the image below for the connector sizes compatible with the original model.
          As of July 13, 2026, adjustments are underway to support smaller connectors

2. Replacement PTFE Bracket

  • A reliable 1:1 replacement in case your original bracket breaks.
  • Simply reuse 2x connectors from your old bracket for an instant, zero-cost repair.

Installation Tips:

  • Assembly: Align the flat side of the connector with the internal tabs for a snap-in fit.
  • Easy Swap: For the smoothest installation, keep the bracket perpendicular (90°) to the P2S frame when attaching or removing it.
