openGrid Desk Edge Right Angle Channel

Parametric right angle desk edge channel for the Underware 2.0 openGrid system.

This right-angle channel is designed to route cables cleanly from the openGrid to the top of your desk. It is fully adjustable to fit different desk setups and cable requirements. 
 

Note: Please use these with channel grip snaps for stable grip, and recommend you customize the model as each desk configuration is unique.

Make sure you access MakerWorld on your computer browser and click on the green “Customize” button.

📏 Parameters (OpenSCAD)
DESK_EDGE_HORIZONTAL_OFFSET (mm)
Distance from end of the openGrid to edge of your desk.

HEIGHT_TO_DESK_EDGE (mm)
Vertical distance from the bottom of the openGrid to the top surface of the desk edge.

CHANNEL_GRIP_WIDTH (grid units)
Width of the channel section where it attaches to the openGrid, measured in grid units.

CHANNEL_GRIP_LENGTH (grid units)
Length of the channel section that attaches to the openGrid, measured in grid units.

CHANNEL_TOTAL_HEIGHT (mm)
Total grip channel height including connectors.

🧵 Recommended print settings
• Material: PLA or PETG  
• Layer height: 0.2mm  
• Walls: 2-3 for strength  
• Infill: 15%
