Description

🛠️ Big Bag Clip: Keep your sacks open and secure!

Tired of struggling with Big Bags? We all know that awkward “cave” that forms as soon as the bag loses a bit of weight. You try folding the edge to keep it out of the way, but the stiffness of the material makes it roll back constantly. It feels like you need four hands to get the job done!

This design is the ultimate solution: a robust and ergonomic clip specifically designed to hold the folded edge of industrial bags, keeping them open, accessible, and preventing you from snagging on the handles.

🌟 Key Features

• Design: Toothed geometry for a firm grip on thick, rigid fabrics.
• Ergonomics: Easy to attach and remove with one hand.
• Durability: Print in PETG or ASA to withstand tough use in workshops or outdoors.
• Versatility: Designed for Big Bags, but also works great with rubble sacks, soil bags, or pellets—even for sealing large pet food bags.

🖨️ Printing Recommendations

• Material: PETG or ASA recommended for flexibility and fatigue resistance (and to handle sun exposure).
• Walls: Tested with 2 walls and the “spring” effect doesn’t seem to break the part. Depending on use, increasing to 4 may be advisable.
• Infill: 10% Gyroid.
• Orientation: Print on its side so the layers reinforce the gripping structure.
