Description

I designed a 3D‑printed cutlery organizer that fits neatly into a kitchen drawer. The model has three separate compartments for three types of silverware (e.g., forks, knives, and spoons). Its outer dimensions are 254 mm by 196 mm, and it features a tapered shape—it becomes narrower toward the bottom. This slight inward slope makes it easy to lift the pieces out and gives the insert a clean, modern look while maximizing the usable drawer space.

The cutlery drawer was designed specifically for a Swiss V-Zug drawer. However, there are many different widths, and this one fits perfectly into just one drawer. The cutlery is also held in place solely by a precise fit; if the drawer is not the correct length, the cutlery will slip.

The second part of the model is here.
