Design
I needed a new holder for my Bip & Go Badge-Europe Slim, as the old holder remained in my previous car.
After a look at Bip&Go's support/shop page, I realized that a hefty 12 Euros were being charged for this spare part, including shipping. It quickly became clear to me: I needed my own solution!
Dimensions
The receptacle fits perfectly for a Bip & Go Badge-Europe Slim.
The adhesive surface is 30 x 30 mm.
I'm linking an adhesive tape that I've had very good experiences with.
Print
I used PETG HF from BambuLab, as my tests with PLA repeatedly led to a breakage of the snap mechanism.
Although it's a small part, a nice surface finish and good durability were important to me. That's why I printed with a layer height of 0.08 mm.
