Description
This is an easy to assemble muscle relief hand roller. It can massage, stretch, or relieve pain in your back, legs, arms, neck and more. Perfect for athletes, as a gift, or as a fun, useful tool at home. Feels amazing when in use!
How to assemble:
- Simply slide the tube with the rectangle inside fully over the short arm of the L shaped piece
- Slide the larger textured tube over the smaller one you just placed
- Tightly attach the end knob on after to secure the massager in place.
Use:
Apply pressure to the muscle using a steady slow rolling motion. Hold by the long arm piece with one hand.
