Description
Do you know when you have to retrace shapes and take somewhat strange measurements?
Well! I do, very much so, especially in my job.
Sure, you can find more usable and cheaper models on Amazon.... and I agree with you!, but what about the satisfaction of making it how you want?
then I present to you a comb-shaped curvilinear gauge, it has a very simple U-shaped body held by two end stops with a 0.7x7x30 spring inside
held by 2 M3 x 25mm screws (make sure they are countersunk) and an M5 heat rivet for tightening the blades when taking measurements
the blades are 2mm thick and there are 88 of them
but if you want, you can increase the thickness by modifying the z-height but lose measurement accuracy.
I hope it can be useful to you because ever since I got it, I've found it extremely functional.
Happy printing everyone and have fun!
:D
P.S. if you have any suggestions for modifications, let me know. The model is extremely simple.
