Description

Meet your own adorable nodding cat inspired by the iconic Sims-style vibe 💚
I designed this cute meme cat in Blender and printed it on a Bambu P1S in multiple colors. The result is a fun desk toy with a moving head that gently nods thanks to a spring mechanism.

The cat features:
Stylish headphones with a Sims-inspired logo
Cute bow detail (glued for extra strength)
A moving head for that perfect “yes, I agree” meme look 😄

Perfect as a gift, desk decoration, or just something fun for your kids (mine loves it!).

Assembly Instructions:
Print all parts (multi-color or separate parts by color).
Insert the spring into the head slot:
A standard pen spring is too soft ❌
Use a stiffer spring so the head holds and bounces properly ✅
Attach the head to the body using the spring.
If no suitable spring is available:
Simply glue the head to the body as a static version.
Glue the bow with a small drop of adhesive (recommended).
All other parts are press-fit and should hold firmly.

Tips:
Adjust spring stiffness for best “nodding” effect

Call to Action:
Download, print, and build your own nodding cat!
I’d love to see your versions — share your photos and makes! 📸🔥

Great model, thank you! I added roughness to the surface to create a fur effect. I printed the spring using this one: https://makerworld.com/en/models/1131125-spring-generator-parametric-compression-springs?from=search#profileId-1131439 with PLA plastic (30 height, 13 turns, 5.2 diameter, 1.5 wire diameter), it does not break, it holds up

If the spring is too soft, you can seal part of the spring with electrical tape

As I had multiple filament types, I had to separate the plates even more, I had to restart the one with the bow and the nose twice because the parts didn't tick wwell enough to the build plate. Othe than that, the model is great ! my friend loves it !
