Fiat Punto - Linea - 199 Chasis Speaker Spacer.

This design is a perfectly compatible speaker spacer ring for Fiat Punto, Grande Punto, Punto Evo, and Linea models.

For the front doors, you need to print the same model twice.

The rear doors are different from each other. The main STL file is for the rear right door. If you are printing in STL format, you will need to mirror it for the rear left door.
 

Standard 13 cm speakers are used for the rear doors. With these spacers, you can upgrade from 13 cm to 16.5 cm speakers. 16.5 cm speakers are suitable for the rear doors.

I recommend using PETG filament.
 

In the 3MF file, the models are already arranged as front, rear right, and rear left.

The spacer rings are mounted to the doors using nuts and bolts. Using a sealing material in between is recommended to ensure proper insulation and prevent air leaks.
 

The speakers can be mounted directly to the spacer rings using M4x20 screws, or other suitable screws can be used. It is also recommended to use sealing material between the speaker and the spacer ring for better performance.
