Description
These small spool reels were designed to be quick prints (only 1h:15m for both plates). They are easily glued together.
They serve two purposes:
- To avoid exposing large spools of filament for long periods when you have special filaments that are only used occasionally. - You can keep these small spools exposed for days without worrying about hydrating a large spool of filament.
- To save space when large spools are nearing the end. You can respool the remainder onto these smaller spools.
Notes:
- Our Respooler Remix model works fine with these spools. All you need is an electric drill.
- Do not wind the filament too tightly, to avoid pushing out the sides.
- Inner diameter is Bambu standard 55mm.
- PLA works fine.
Glue instructions: See photos for glue locations. Super glue Gel works best. Use small amounts. After applying, press together and twist to spread the glue.
