Bicycle Headset Spacer – customizable (Bambu Studio ready)
Clean, precise headset spacers for your bike – functional and customizable.
Features:
- Inner diameter: 28.6 mm +0.25 mm tolerance → fits neatly on common fork steerer tubes
- Height indication inside → directly visible, no measuring necessary
- Inner diameter also marked on the inside
- Wall thickness: 3 mm for stable, high-quality spacers
- Several heights available as ready-to-print profiles
Customizing:
The spacers can be easily customized in Bambu Studio:
Simply add text or graphics and print them directly – perfect for logos, names, or dimensions.
Print recommendation:
- Material: PETG
- Infill: 100 %
- Print slowly and cleanly for best dimensional accuracy
Note on usage:
The spacers are solely used to adjust the cockpit height and do not perform a load-bearing function themselves. The clamping force is generated by the stem and top cap, not by the spacers.
Nevertheless, they should sit cleanly and flat and be made of suitable material (PETG, 100% Infill) to prevent deformation.
Do not use in case of visible print defects, cracks, or inaccurate fit. In case of uncertainty or high stress (e.g., enduro, bike park), use tested, industrial spacers if in doubt.
