I had a small issue where my water softener outlet hose had kinked and the wall outside my home was exposed to the elements. I found the Rainbird ½ inch irrigation tubing to use instead with some elbow connectors from the inside of my garage to the outside of it.
This model will fit on a 1 inch diameter or 25.4m diameter hole and a hole depth of 4.8mm, you can cut and adjust the z height depending on your needs. This will not fit a ½ inch pvc pipe; it will only fit a ½ ID (inner diameter) and up to a ¾ OD (outer diameter) hose or smaller.
I recommend you use the ones with recessed holes and adjust as needed.
