Portapenne - Holder Pen "Moon Landing"

Hello everyone! I present my latest project: a space-inspired pen holder. After seeing some concepts online, I decided to model this small Moon with an astronaut climbing on it

The Moon has a very detailed cratered texture that effectively hides layer lines, while the astronaut adds a touch of dynamism, making it more than just a simple container. The interior is completely hollow and optimized to hold various pens, pencils, or brushes without tipping over (the base is designed to be stable)

Printing notes: I designed it with ease of printing in mind, but here are a couple of tips based on my tests:

• Supports: They are only necessary for the lower part of the astronaut (the protruding body)

  I recommend Tree Supports (Slim): they detach easily and do not damage the texture

• Layer height: I printed it at 0.16mm to bring out the craters well, but it also turns out great at 0.20mm
• Infill: 10-15% with a Gyroid pattern is more than sufficient. If you want it to be heavier and more stable, increase the infill only at the base of the Moon
• Material: Matte gray PLA (Matte Grey) for the Moon is perfect. You can hand-paint the astronaut after printing, but if you have a Bambu Lab AMS, it is a perfect model for multicolor printing
