Jiashikai 32140 outdoor power supply, 0.38 kWh, 100W PD fast charging

Using KELITE 32140 LiFePO4 batteries, 15Ah per cell, I made a 4S2P outdoor power supply. Essential for FPV drone outdoor flying, with a large capacity of 388Wh and LiFePO4 chemistry, no need to worry about explosions. It includes a BMS battery management and protection module, with a maximum output of 40A and a nominal voltage of 12.8V, also very suitable for field radio setups. It comes with an XT60 power output interface and a 100W fast charging module, simultaneously supporting power supply for multiple mobile electronic devices, including but not limited to charging FPV drone remote controllers, FPV goggle batteries, mobile phones, and more

Here is a supplementary assembly process (excluding battery welding)

1. After welding, place the upper fixing blocks on both sides of the battery holder (depending on the shrinkage rate of the printed material, it's best to add a bit of sponge between the battery holder and the upper fixing block; otherwise, the battery will wobble if too loose), with the notched side facing up (to prevent interference with the handle screws)

2. The layout inside the front panel requires heat-setting 8 M2 heat-set inserts: 4 for the fast charging module cover plate and 4 for the BMS display panel. The four screws for the display panel need washers to prevent piercing the front panel and to better secure the PCB. You can just buy M2x10 screws and adjust the washer height to compensate for excessively long threads. Before installing the fast charging module, place the PCB support and buttons in their respective positions. The PCB support can be temporarily fixed with glue or tape, or left unfixed

3. Install the fast charging module by aligning it with the holes, and place the PCB support flush with the PCB edge (you can measure the position first and then paste the support; making it movable is to adapt to different PCB boards, as resistor-capacitor positions vary between PCB versions). Then press the cover plate and screw in the M2x10 screws. The cover plate will bend slightly (it's best to print the cover plate using PETG or ABS). Try to observe if the segment display on the front is flush with the panel. Next, connect the BMS panel cable to the protection board. Then use M2.5 screws to secure the XT60 connector to the front panel

4. Pre-assemble the casing. The handle screw holes require M4x12 screws for fastening, and also secure the rear panel screws

5. Push the battery into the casing, making sure the notch on the printed part faces up, and push it all the way to the bottom

6. Insert the battery retainer to prevent the battery from moving back and forth. At this point, you can rotate the casing 90 degrees, also with the notch facing up. The final height of the retainer, once inserted, should be flush with the casing (if not flush, please adjust the height by scaling the Z-axis)

7. Finally, secure the front panel with M3 screws
