Description

A purpose-built self-massage tool designed to target proximal hamstring tendinosis right at the source.

In short, perfect for that buttock sitting bone pain.

This ergonomic tool contours around the ischial tuberosity (“sit bone” - put that in the middle) so you can apply focused pressure to the proximal hamstring tendon attachments — including semitendinosus, semimembranosus, and biceps femoris. The four-point contact design provides stable, consistent compression while allowing you to fully control pressure and positioning.

Ideal for:
• Proximal hamstring tendinopathy
• Deep gluteal / sit-bone pain
• Post-training recovery
• Desk-related posterior thigh tightness

Most users achieve meaningful relief with just 30sec to 1 min of controlled pressure. Don't over do it or it can be painful afterwards.

Other areas might be useful- occipitalis

How to use it:

sit down on floor, then slowly rest the ischial tuberosity onto the middle of the print.

move the body in a circular motion to engage the tendinopathy - whether it be the hamstrings or gluts

Features

  • Anatomically contoured to “hug” the sit bone
  • Self-applied pressure for safe intensity control
  • Stable quad-node design prevents slipping
  • Compact and portable
  • Easy to 3D print
  • No supports!

Designed for athletes, clinicians, and anyone managing persistent proximal hamstring tightness.

Print it, sit on it, and let targeted pressure do the work.
