High lift jack upgrades

Firstly a bar holder, as can be seen in the pics this will help hold your handle in the upright position, needs to be printed in TPU as it flexes into position, easily rotated to the side when you need to use the handle.

The other 2 parts are added to the bolt securing the top clamp clevis enabling tool free positioning. I printed these in PLA, but PETG or ABS may be better. Print with a high number of walls to ensure sufficient strength.
