Description
This wall mount was specifically designed for the Teclast T65 Tablet for use as a central smart home dashboard (e.g., with HomeAssistant). The design is minimalistic, very precise, and features a magnetic front panel, no screws.
Features
- Magnetic Bezel: The front cover is held by 32 round magnets (6×3 mm), allowing quick access to the tablet.
- Perfect Fit: The housing is made with very tight tolerances to ensure the tablet sits securely and without wobbling.
- Camera Cutout: The front camera remains unobstructed, allowing features like motion detection via the Fully Kiosk Browser to function flawlessly.
- Integrated Cable Management: Space is provided for a right-angle USB-C connector to enable flush wall mounting.
Required Accessories
- Magnets: 32 pieces of neodymium round magnets (6×3 mm).
- Important: When inserting, pay close attention to the correct polarity!
- USB Cable: A USB-C cable with a right-angle connector is required.
- Tool: A rubber mallet is helpful to firmly tap in the connecting pins.
- Screws: 4 pcs. for wall mounting.
Printing & Assembly Instructions
- Material: PLA is perfectly sufficient due to the low thermal load.
- Connections: The connecting parts are intentionally designed to be tight ("press fit"). If they cannot be pushed in completely by hand, a gentle tap with a rubber mallet will help.
- Software: Ideal for use with the Fully Kiosk Browser to display HomeAssistant in full-screen mode.
