Description

This profile is meticulously tuned for printing the flexible Elegoo TPU 95A filament (black color) on the Bambu Lab P2S printer. Through detailed adjustments and extensive testing, I have achieved optimal results for printing this challenging material.

What you can expect from this profile:

  • Excellent Adhesion: Minimizes issues with prints detaching from the build plate.
  • Reduced Stringing: Optimized retraction settings help prevent undesirable "hairs" or strings.
  • Precise Details: Maintains object details even when printing with flexible material.
  • Reliable Extrusion Flow: Ensures consistent and smooth material flow.

Recommendations for use:

  • Before Printing: Ensure your print bed is clean and in good condition. For TPU, I recommend using a textured PEI plate for better adhesion.
  • Printer Settings: Verify that your printer is properly calibrated.
  • Filament Humidity: TPU is a hygroscopic material. For the best results, I recommend drying your filament before printing.

TIP:
You’ll get the best print results if the filament is dry and the print is run directly from the filament dryer

 

This profile has been thoroughly tested with a small "Benchy" boat model
