Water Sleeve Dance
Print Profile(1)

Description
The core of the design, 'long sleeves skilled in dance', can be traced back to the Han Dynasty Long Sleeve Dance (e.g., 'Painted Pottery Dancing Figurine'), which is one of China's oldest dance forms, later evolving into 'water sleeves' in traditional Chinese opera, becoming a key prop for expressing emotions and creating atmosphere. The theme of elegant ladies is a classic creative direction for Dehua white porcelain; since the Ming and Qing dynasties, there have been porcelain sculptures based on the Four Great Beauties and mythical fairies (such as Chang'e and celestial maidens). This model continues the tradition of 'sculpting people with porcelain, conveying charm through form'.
Closer to contemporary national trend figurines / cultural and creative products, drawing inspiration from film and television characters (such as Princess Yushu from 'The Myth') or game characters, it combines classical aesthetics with modern aesthetics, better meeting contemporary collection and display needs.
