metal or plastic razor blade sliding lid box

The little cardboard boxes you get razor blades in often are terrible so I made this one. Should hold a standard ~50 pack of blades.

Dimensions of storage box = 40x113x20mm (1 9/16 x 4 7/16 x 13/16")  so if your blades are around 39x19mm (17/32 x ¾") they should fit.

Also works with those orange plastic razor blades!

If there's some demand I could maybe design something to hold the blades from falling over but for not it works pretty well as is.

Lid should slide fairly snug but not too tight on the box with the tolerances modeled into it. I would not try to scale them independently from eachother.

There is also a plain lid if you don't want the razor etching on it or use it for whatever else you want. Can emboss or engrave your own logo/text/etc.

 Should fit any small objects as well for small parts storage

Update: Added a “click lock” latch version. just slide the box on starting at the notched side and press with your thumbs slightly to hear a satisfying click locked lid. To open just press on the opposite side on the lid and it should pop open.
