• Material: PETG recommended (PLA works but less durable in heat)
• Layer height: 0.2mm
• Walls: 3–4 at least
• Infill: 30% (Gyroid or Grid)
• Supports: Tree slim

🔥 Hardware Required

• M4 heat set threaded inserts (I used these Amazon.com: 150 Pcs M4 Threaded Inserts for Plastic with Heat Set Tip,M4*(6mm-10mm Hight)*5.5mm Heat Set Inserts Kit,Brass Inserts for 3D Pringting : Industrial & Scientific )
• M4 screws (length depends on your mounting surface but M4x12mm~16mm should be fine)

• Install inserts with a soldering iron + insert tip
• Take your time to keep them straight for best fit
• Once installed, mounting is solid and repeatable
