I bought a very expensive USB server to control my laser from LightBurn over the network. The purchased USB server didn't work, so I searched the internet for how to build a server myself using a Raspberry PI Zero 2W with a USB HAT. In my junk box, I found the PI Zero 2W and the Ethernet PoE USB HAT. This ultimately led me to design the case, and it works wonderfully :)

Here are the links to the parts (I don't earn anything from this; it's just so you know what I mean)

Then a power supply with 5V/3A or a PoE switch.

The parts are not exactly cheap, but the alternative DIN rail USB server is significantly more expensive at around €270 ;)

Here is the software I use, which is extremely easy to set up.

The license costs a one-time fee of €49.00 per device and, in my opinion, is justified, as it truly is installable and simple for everyone.

Again... I don't earn anything from the links, and it's just meant as assistance from me. I designed this for myself, and maybe there's someone else out there who also needs such a part and doesn't have to redesign it :)

Have fun tinkering and printing
