Power Wheels Pneumatic Tire Axles

Tough and strong axles to adapt pneumatic lawn tractor tires to power wheels motors. These were modeled against the 24v Ford Bronco which has a motor on each side, I can’t guarantee spacing for other vehicles but I would assume they use consistent shaft lengths. Use washers if needed. The axles attach via a threaded hole in the wheel where grease fittings were installed, make sure the wheels you buy have grease fittings. Remove the grease fitting and find a bolt or screw of appropriate thread and length. 

For best results, increase the steering angle by removing the steering wheel and shaving down the limiting nubs inside the column in the dash. I will also post a printed steering bump stop to prevent oversteer and rubbing. Very little shaving was needed inside of the front wheel tubs. 

Wheels are 15x6x6 Lawn Tractor Tires, 4 Ply Tubeless w/ 3” offset. 

You will also need stainless steel bushings: 1/2” ID, 3/4” OD, 1.5” Length. You’ll need 8x for all four corners, two per wheel.
