Hi, I've created the complete plates for a PS5 Pro. This design is specifically for the Digital Edition. However, there are other plates available on MakerWorld that you can use to complete the set
I printed everything using PETG because it's more flexible, especially if you plan to frequently attach and detach the plates
Since some PETG can be very glossy, I added a fuzzy skin texture to the outer surface. I printed one plate without fuzzy skin, and I simply didn't like the smooth finish
I reduced the print speed to achieve better outer surfaces. Additionally, I added custom supports because during my tests, layer shifts frequently occurred in the upper sections. These supports helped eliminate that issue
Your print bed must be very clean, as there is only a small contact area for the print to adhere to the bed
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions for improvement
Bambu Studio may try to repair the upper plates; please do not allow this, as it will damage the model files
The plates have a pleasantly snug fit during installation; please be careful the first time. I've frequently attached and detached my plates, and the tabs have always held. I recommend drying the PETG according to the manufacturer's instructions before printing
