Simracing Sequential Shifter
Print Profile(1)

Description
Custom-designed sequential shifter developed for a personal sim rig using a 4080 aluminum profile base and two 1515 profiles on top. The design can be easily adapted to other rigs using the provided Fusion files, or used as a reference for your own custom build.
The mechanism is optimized for short throw and strong tactile feedback, with a well-defined center position for precise shifting. Feedback can be easily customized by modifing the “ramp” model.
Key Features:
- Solid mechanical feel with centered return
- Short, responsive shift travel
- Modular design for easy modification
- Designed around common aluminum extrusion profiles
Electronics:
Shifting is detected using 2 Hall effect sensors and a magnet.
Electronics are not enclosed in the design, allowing flexibility in component choice and wiring.
Files Included:
- Full Fusion 360 assembly (serves as a build guide)
- Individual parts for customization and modification
