Description
Fits in a 10-inch rack assembled using HomeRacker (17 holes wide).
You must remove the bracket from the network card.
The assembly is configured to ensure proper heat dissipation:
- ZimaBlade at the top with its heatsink facing upward
- Network card at the bottom, with the heatsink oriented in the same direction as the ZimaBlade’s
A PCI-e riser at least 5 cm long is required to connect the ZimaBlade to the Intel x520-da2 card.
Print settings:
- PETG
- enable support
- on build plate only
- support critical region only
- remove small overhangs
- initial layer extension: 5mm
- wall loops: 3
- detect thin wall
- sparse infill pattern: gyroid
