This is a lightweight and simple design that allows you to insert a 38mm macro lens that you typically find on a wide-angle & macro clip-on lens for phones. I bought mine on AliExpress years ago and didn't get much use out of it, but this converts the macro lens into a handy magnifying glass.
The macro lens this works with has a diameter of 38mm on one side and 36mm on the other, which is likely quite common judging by what I can see on AliExpress.
The handle on this design is 60mm long.
