Description
Mount for Ferosticker Fire Extinguisher (P1S)
This mount was specifically developed for the P1S to optimally position the Ferosticker while allowing for secure and straightforward installation
Design Goals:
- Positioning the Ferosticker as close as possible to the enclosure ceiling to ensure quick and reliable activation
- Minimal material usage while maintaining stable attachment
- No conflict with moving or critical components such as the extruder, drag chain, or PTFE cable
Variants:
- Clamp variant
Easy installation or replacement of the Ferosticker - Screw variant
For a particularly firm and permanent attachment
Required Hardware:
- For both variants:
- 1× M3X8 screw (the screws for the external spool holder can be used)
- Additionally for the screw variant:
- 2× screws and 2× nuts
- M3, M4, or M5 are supported – depending on availability
Material Recommendation:
- At least PETG is recommended
- For higher temperature resistance, materials like ABS or ASA are even better suited
