Print Profile(1)

Description
Design Concept
The design of this wind turbine model is inspired by real-world wind power generation technology. Its simple yet effective structure helps foster a more intuitive understanding of wind energy principles.
Usage
This model primarily serves as an educational tool, helping students better understand the working mechanism of wind energy. Additionally, it can be used as a demonstration tool for alternative energy in small projects.
Printing Suggestions
It is recommended to print with durable PLA or ABS material to ensure the stability of the model. Use high-toughness materials where possible.
Assembly Instructions
During printing, each part needs to be manufactured separately. After printing, assemble according to the design diagram. Pay special attention to the bearing and shaft parts to ensure smooth operation. The shaft connecting the wind turbine to the base can be glued to the motor base with an appropriate amount of adhesive. The overall model is relatively large and can be used functionally, even as a fan. Two base designs are available: a larger one for display and a smaller one with screw fixing holes, which you can install securely in your garden or courtyard. The compatible motor is a 131 motor with a 2mm shaft diameter.
