The mascot "Su Dudu" of the Jiangsu Provincial Urban Football League ("Super League") was unveiled in Nanjing, Jiangsu on the 20th, with its design inspired by the finless porpoise. Established in 2025, the "Super League" has become a phenomenal event. To further expand the social influence of football culture, the organizer launched the official mascot "Su Dudu" before the new season. Its design inspiration comes from the "Smiling Angel of the Yangtze River"—the finless porpoise. The overall shape continues the streamlined silhouette of the finless porpoise, combining its iconic "smile" to convey a sense of healing and vitality; the full and rounded forehead symbolizes wisdom and agility, showcasing a daring, fighting, confident, and spirited sportsmanship; the fins adopt the form of Kunqu opera water sleeves, and the inverted jasmine petals on the shoulders simulate opera cloud collars; the water ripple pattern underfoot cleverly integrates Jiangsu's regional culture and dynamic movement, conveying the event philosophy of "starting with football, achieving with culture," becoming a brand new visual symbol that highlights the cultural confidence of "Jiangsu's water charm."
