Description
This nozzle allows exhaust from paint booths, 3D Printers, and similar equipment to be vented out of a window
The large cross-sectional area inside the nozzle reduces airflow resistance, allowing for smooth exhaust
Thanks to the optimized print direction, no supports are required, and the surface finish is of good quality

Models with 75mm width, 100mm hose diameter and 55mm width, 90mm hose diameter have been added

・In addition to the 35mm model, which fits common Japanese window thicknesses, 50mm and 65mm width models have been added
・A cross-sectional model for TEST has been added to Plate 2, so
please print this first to check if it fits your window
・Some models with a 90mm duct hose diameter have also been specially added
The nozzle width has been slightly reduced to match the 90mm cross-sectional area
To allow connection with a 100mm duct hose
a hose clamp model is also included
To ensure a cross-sectional area equivalent to 100mm, it has become quite a large model!
It will take time, but to prevent failures,
please try printing it with 0.2 high quality settings
I recommend PLA as the material, as I have not tried it with anything else
There is also a duct hose adapter that uses PC fans,
so please combine them to create your original paint booth!
