Description

Hello! I needed to figure out what air corrector size I needed to fit on my 48 IDA carb. I thought this would be a perfect opportunity to just print my own for quick implementation and testing.

These should be printed in nylon or any other fuel safe filament. The model itself comes with a 1mm hole which is the lower limit of what you can purchase off the shelf. It is expected to chase the hole with a drill bit. I used an indexing drill bit set but metric sets are out there too.

By the way, the print profile prints four air correctors. You'll need at least two I figure might as well print a couple more. The purge poop will probably waste more filament than you use to print them.

Note: you'll most likely need to mess around with scaling. Scaling Factor % = ( Target Dimension / Measured Dimension ) * 100

Have fun and happy tuning!

P.S. YMMV, while I'll probably just leave my ACs nylon. I'm not going to recommend it. Probably replace with brass ones when you can.
