Description

I designed a front sprocket tool for Klever Pinion bicycles.

This version is built with a strong focus on strength.

🛠️ What you need:

  • 8× M3x10mm bolts and matching nuts
  • 30mm socket wrench

I recommend PLA+ for this one. In my case, I even jumped on it and it still didn’t break — easily exceeding 60 Nm.

💡 Notes:

  • To loosen the lockring, turn clockwise
  • Reapply the nut from the pedals to lock the tool in place and avoid any skipping
  • The sprocket will want to rotate, so you can block it by inserting a hex key into one of the sprocket holes while applying force, or by using a belt whip

Printed with 8 top, bottom, and wall layers.

A quick, practical solution if you want to get the job done without waiting on specialty tools.

Let me know what you think!
