Meet the Punk Chick, a round grumpy little bird with a killer mohawk chunky boots and absolutely no interest in your opinion.  This fun multi-coloured desk figurine is bursting with personality and makes a great print for anyone seeking something a bit different on their shelf.  Whether you’re a fan of cute characters punk aesthetics or simply love a good filament swap project this little troublemaker delivers consistently.

Printing in a single run using filament swaps means no assembly or glue is needed. The yellow body red comb black boots and red sole accents are all achieved through colour changes making it a satisfying project for beginners trying their first multi-colour print.  She also looks great in a little flock so don’t be surprised if you end up printing three.

Filament Colour and Material

PLA is the go-to material here and works brilliantly. For the classic look, use a warm yellow or golden yellow for the body, red for the comb and accents, and black for the boots. Silk or matte PLA both work well depending on the finish you prefer.

Print Settings

• Wall line count: 2 or more
• Infill: 15%
• Layer Height 0.16
• This print uses 0.6mm layers as the default, initial, and outer walls.
