Description

This low-profile phone mount is designed specifically for 2022 and newer GMC, Chevrolet, and GM trucks equipped with the 13" infotainment screen. It installs discreetly behind the screen, utilizing the existing gap and structure to create a secure, no-drill mounting solution.

The mount positions your phone within easy reach while keeping it out of the way of vents, controls, and your forward view—maintaining a clean, OEM-like interior appearance.

Brief Instructions:
The bottom mount plate is divided into parts to limit the number of supports. You can also use the plate that has full supports if you want the bottom plate and the support pillars to be one piece.

If using BottomPlate_LimitedSupport model:

  • Supports are still needed but not nearly as much
  • Screw or bolt on the support pillars to the bottom plate

if using BottomPlate_FullSupport

  • Supports will support most of the bottom plate but the support pillars will not need to be fastened to the bottom plate as they will print as one unit.

Mounts:

  • Use any mount you would like but I provided a generic baseplate that fits on the top plate that you can merge your mount or ball mount to.
  • I also provided a 17mm ball mount.
  • Many mounts are available to 3d print.  Just make sure you merge the ball mount on the generic baseplate if you want to go that route.

Installation:

  • On the truck, remove the rubber cover at the base of the behind-screen console.
  • You can remove the two 7mm hex head screws and use them to mount the bottom plate(with support pillars already attached) to the console.
  • Install any mount you want to the top plate(or do this step later if needed)
  • Screw/Bolt on the top plate to the support pillars.
