2.5 Inch Super Grip High Volume Herbal Grinder

This is a new design of mine that i just had to post.  its a 2.5 inch Super Grip 3-Stage High Volume Herbal Grinder.  It has a magnetic enclosure (  you will need 2 - 5mm x 3mm magnets ) with a simple cog-locking bottom basin.  All the teeth are positioned radially which increases grinding ability and limits resistance.

I print these in PETG.  (PLA will not be strong enough).  Every surface that needs support is completely horizontal so i use PLA as the support interface.  Watch the settings in my 3MF under support.  I recommend not changing them.  When the print is done the supports will pop out like a puck leaving a great surface finish.  Be careful removing the supports from the lower half of the middle stage. I use side cutters and make a vertical cut to under the center grips, then peel it off like a potato.  Pulling down could cause breakage.

Remember to completely dry your PETG to ensure a strong, properly bonded object.  

Use dry herb for better results.  When grinding, slowly insert the top while twisting back and forth.  Every few twists, give the thing a few taps and continue. You'll love the result.  Clean with 91% Isopropyl every now and then to avoid residue buildup
