🔧 About the model
Model optimized for multi-color printing with AMS, focused on efficient filament changes, first layer quality, and reduced material waste.
🎨 Coloring
The parts can be colored directly in the Bambu Lab software. Use the paint tool in fill mode to quickly apply colors to the desired regions.
📦 Print order
The parts are organized in the ideal print order, aiming to minimize filament changes in the AMS.
🖨️ Print settings
The part should be printed with the flat side facing the build plate.
The 3MF file already includes all recommended print settings, such as speeds, coloring, and parts organization. Just open in Bambu Studio and print.
Even so, it is recommended to review the parameters according to the filament and printer used.
⚙️ Model optimizations
The first layer uses reduced speed, ensuring better contour definition and avoiding failures.
Each part has a 10 mm x 10 mm priming block with a height of 0.16 mm, allowing the nozzle to start extrusion before the main contour.
The separation between colors is done by a 2 mm channel, reducing material consumption and facilitating filament changes.
A small chamfer was applied to the base of the part to reduce the contact area with the build plate, facilitating sliding.
