My problem to fix: Most 3D printed paint mixers are designed to print upright — which means the layer lines run perpendicular to the stress. That's a weak point right where you need strength the most.
Design : Designed from the ground up to print flat on the bed, so the layer lines run along the length of the paddle. The result is a significantly stronger part that prints flat on the bed with no supports. Super strong even in PLA thanks to the flat print design.
- Flat-bed print orientation = stronger layer adhesion where it counts
- T-bar paddle with hex holes = fast, thorough mixing action without splashing
- Triangular Y-brace connects bar to shaft for structural strenght
- No supports required — comes off the bed clean every time with no supports needed
- Universal drill chuck fit — Hex shaft design works with any standard drill chuck.
- Sized for 2.5L tins - but should work for larger tins too.
