FILAMENT WELDER FAST PRINT 1,5H 50G OF MATERIAL

Hi everyone, happy to share my filament welder, please read the whole caption to use it propperly!
first of all, if u weld the filament and load it into your printer it may jam, if diameter of your weld is higher that 1,7mm. beware of that fact when using, you may need to trim it a little bit before loading. Also lighter will not be suitable for this purpouse because you can not control the temperature. I personally use hot air soldering station, low air flow and set temp to your material, and it's good to go! 
PLA 180-200 deg C
PETG 220-240 deg C

ABS 230-250 deg C

 while using hot air and controlled temp, you can get quite good adhesion and fairly strong bond, but when using lighter it may brake in your ptfe or inside extruder
