Description

The Eagle 1, a democratic masterpiece. Print this and flip the wings in and out so you can have it standing like in the Helldivers ship or have it out fighting.

Feel free to message with any suggestions or questions - also, if you would like to print one to the same scale as the recon vehicle, I would love to see it, I believe the scale is 250% for the recon, but only 150% for the eagle1.

Model Scale: 150% ( for matching up scales with my Other models)

AMS: needed for ideal model ascetics

Absolutely love this model! It printed great with one small issue that’s easy to avoid. At the provided 150% scale, the thin rod detail on the wings is very fragile during support removal. I saved it on two wings, but it snapped on the bottom one. Tip for others: if you don’t need it to match the creator’s scale, print slightly larger. Around 165–170% should make those rods much stronger. The base works well for a folded hangar display, but it’s not suitable for showing the wings deployed in a flying pose. An in flight base would be an awesome addition, and I highly recommend the creator consider one. I’ll share photos once I figure out a flying display base, unless the creator beats me to it.

Hi, So glad you like it, your right about the fragile wings I printed another one recently and had it snap off on me, I have made a slightly modified one that makes the thin rod a bit bigger and easier with support, I'll update that on here soon. I've tried to find a way to make a good flying base but have had no luck so far, would love to see what you come up with
