This model is printed using vase mode, using minimal filament (70+g), minimal time (around 2 hours), and a tight structure to achieve moisture-proof sealing for filament(Configuration 1 Enhanced Version (recommended), wall thickness 0.8, filament 90g; Configuration 2 Standard Version, wall thickness 0.6, filament 78g) For detailed information, please watch the video

Note: All configurations can be printed with a 0.4mm nozzle (standard)

Version update notes:

Version 1.02: Optimized the curvature of some threads, improving strength after printing (Configurations 1, 2)

The model has a diameter of 205mm and a thickness of 69mm, which can almost seamlessly wrap around a Bambu Lab standard filament spool

The box body uses a rib-like structure to ensure basic strength; after inserting the filament, the spool itself acts as internal support, providing overall strength

The lid and box cover dimensions are precisely calculated, with a layer height of 0.28 and line width of 0.6, twist-closed; after oil seal treatment, it can achieve a leak-proof sealing effect

By placing the matching desiccant box (Configuration 2) and molecular sieves inside, the humidity inside the box can be quickly reduced to below 10% and maintained for a long time

This model is recommended to be printed on a smooth plate If not available, a standard textured plate can also be used The transparency will be slightly lower, but you can still see the spool inside When using a smooth plate, glue must be applied, otherwise the filament will not stick!!!!! Never use a cold plate; the bottom cools too quickly, and the layers will delaminate without enough bonding time!!!!!!!!
