This is a modular desktop tool chest system designed to be flexible, expandable, and practical for everyday use. Organising tools, parts, and small components Each section can be used individually or combined to create a larger, fully customised setup.

🧰 Main Components

Part 1 – Storage Cabinet

Available in multiple configurations:

• Top with tool/pen holder holes

• Single internal shelf

• Open cupboard (no shelf)

• Triple shelf version

Includes two door styles:

• Standard handle

• Full-width bar handle

Cabinets are mirrored, allowing left or right opening. Each door requires 2 × M3 bolts.

Part 2 – Large Drawer Chest

• 6 drawers total (4 slim, 2 deeper)

• Top recessed tray for storage

• Front panel includes space for a custom logo (can be added in slicer)

• V2 Has 1 extra deep, 1 deep and 2 slim.

Drawer internal dimensions:

• Slim: 223 × 167 × 20 mm

• Deep: 223 × 167 × 37 mm

• Extra deep 223 x 167 x 90mm

Part 3 – Small Drawer Chest

• 12 drawers total (8 slim, 4 deep)

• Magnetic lid

• Lid interior includes segmented compartments for organising small parts (ideal for screws during disassembly)

• V2 has 2 extra deep, 2 deep and 4 slim.

• Slim: 110 × 167 × 20 mm

• Deep: 110 × 167 × 37 mm

🔧 Assembly & Hardware

• Feet can be attached using M3 × 12 mm screws or glued

• Modular connection options:

• 10 × 2.5 mm magnets

• Or included 3D printed connectors (secured with glue)

🎨 Print Notes

• Designed to be printed in any colour combination

    • use a large brim to prevent warping. I also added 10 degrees to the bed temperature.

    • Use normal supports for the draw handles to reduce sagging. Use slim tree supports if needed for the magnet holes.

    • I recommend minimum 4 walls and  25% infill if using heavier tools.

    • Ideal for workshop, desk organisation, or hobby use.

    • To make your own logo, add text to top surface of the blank bar on plate 13 in Bambu Studio.

    • i just used silver marker for the handles.

• 2 NEW VERSIONS OF THE DRAWS WITH SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT LAYOUTS FOR THE DRAWS. ADDING A DEEPER DRAWS FOR EACH SET.
• USE THE ADAPTORS TO SCREW TO THE BASE OF THE DRAWS AND MAKE THIS TOOL CHEST STACKABLE, GIVING THE POSSIBLITY OF MANY MORE COMBINATIONS.
