Description

A complete set of precision spacers and washers designed specifically for M3 screws (on my profile you can find other measures too). These aren't just simple cylinders; they have been engineered for a perfect fit and professional finish.

Key Features:

  • Built-in Tolerance: Each washer features a 0.5mm internal clearance (3.5mm total ID for M3). This ensures the screw slides through smoothly even with standard 3D printing hole shrinkage.
  • Top Countersink: A subtle 0.3mm chamfer on the top edge removes the sharp "lip" from printing and helps guide the screw during assembly.
  • Standard Dimensions: Designed with a 6mm Outer Diameter (OD) for M3 to match standard hardware proportions.
  • Organized Plates: The project is divided into plates by height for easy selection.

Available Heights:

This kit includes the following sizes: 1.2mm, 2.4mm, 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm.

Recommended Print Settings:

  • Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS/ASA (for heat resistance).
  • Infill: 100% (Highly recommended for structural spacers to prevent compression).
  • Wall Loops: 3 or 4 for maximum strength.
  • Print Sequence: Set to "By Object" if you are printing many at once to reduce stringing and improve surface quality.

Instructions:

  1. Open the .3mf file in Bambu Studio.
  2. Select the Plate corresponding to the height you need.
  3. Each plate is named by height (e.g., "M3x16x5mm").
  4. Hit print and enjoy your custom hardware!
