This 3D-printable ornate standing crucifix features Jesus Christ on a detailed cross with decorative Gothic-style ends and an elevated sculpted base. Designed for shelf, desk, or prayer corner display.
The vertical stance and weighted base give it a strong silhouette and stable footprint. It’s built to look substantial without being impossible to print.

This is meant to look carved, not flat.
Supports & Removal Notes
- Fine details include hands, crown area, drapery folds, and decorative scrollwork
- Arms and wrists are the most fragile points
- Decorative cross ends may require light supports depending on orientation
- Print upright for best surface detail
- Remove supports slowly around hands and ribcage
- Do not flex arms during removal
Most failures happen during support removal, not printing.
Scaling & Strength
- Printing at 125–175% significantly strengthens arms and cross ends
- Larger prints improve surface detail and durability
- Very small prints increase risk of snapping at wrists and ankles
- If printing as a gift or long-term display piece, go bigger
If strength matters, don’t shrink it.

- Not intended for outdoor exposure in standard PLA
- Marble or matte PLA enhances carved-stone appearance
- Silk filaments emphasize detail but may reduce strength
