Bee sure to give this a boost if it was helpful. Happy beekeeping!
This jig will allow you to assemble 3 of the 4 frame parts with complete precision and squareness. I recommend using an air stapler with 1-½" narrow staples. The side sticks can be slipped into the jig loose, or you can use a spring clamp to hold them more firmly. Insert the top bar onto the side bars and again a spring clamp is optional. Next insert two staples in each joint using an air staple gun, preferably at a slight angle. While the assembly is still in the jig, flip it onto the top bar and install the bottom bar with one staple in each joint. I like to use Titebond III glue as well but I have seen a youtube video where the beekeeper preferred not to use glue so that you could repair the frame in the future. I'm sure a case could be made for either method. Then insert your foundation if applicable.
