AirTag Holder - Twist Lock Case - "AstroTag"

Description
My Air Tag Holder broke, so I decided to create a new twist lock Air Tag Case.
I printed a few prototypes and optimized the mechanism.
Printing:
I got the best results printing it vertical (standing) with PLA and PETG HF.
With PLA Matte you have to be careful to not break it when you remove the support.
Layer height: Preset “0.12mm Fine”
What worked out well was “Fuzzy Skin” on the outside with the following settings:
Fuzzy skin point distance: 0.3mm
Fuzzy skin thickness: 0.15mm
After printing:
Make sure that the twist lock mechanism is free of support material. Deburr the edges as shown in the picture.
Close & open it a few times without an Air Tag. The first times it can be hard to turn. Push it together and turn, like opening the battery cover of the Air Tag.
When it is opening & closing easily, insert the Air Tag and move it a few times again.
Use:
After some movement, the cover is opening and closing similar to the battery cover of the Air Tag itself.
By attaching a key ring, the “Astrotag” is locked and the Air Tag cannot fall out by accident.
